Kiti has recently been designated as the location for Cyprus’s newest International Golf Course which will service the entire eastern region of the Island. Golfers will have to travel 145 km to Paphos to enjoy their game at the only other competitive resorts on the Island. This makes Kiti a supremely advantageous location for property ownership and investment as property acquisition local to the golf course will mean healthier rental returns from holiday letting and also capital gains will be boosted not only by the rapid growth in demand for property in Cyprus in general but by the injection of millions of pounds of investment into the local and immediate area.
