This makes Kiti a supremely advantageous location for property ownership and investment as property acquisition local to the golf course will mean healthier rental returns from holiday letting and also capital gains will be boosted not only by the rapid growth in demand for property in Cyprus in general but by the injection of millions of pounds of investment into the local and immediate area.
